A US logistics company that began with one gift parcel
Our Story
In 2014 we were just a couple who wanted to buy a gift for our kids in the US — and were shocked by the shipping cost. After digging into consolidation, customs and US logistics we built a sensible shipping solution for ourselves and our friends. Word spread fast, and our US-to-Taiwan consolidation service, now SHIPTW, was born.
In 2016 we registered ORS CARGO INC in Oregon and added FedEx contract-rate express, luggage and domestic transfer, pallet and merchant services; in 2022 we obtained FDA registration plus pharmaceutical and wine import licences. In 2023 we incorporated SKYCARGO INC in the US and moved from personal consolidation into B2B import/export, helping Taiwanese food and manufacturing businesses enter the US market compliantly.
Today SKYCARGO is the group parent: SHIPTW runs B2C consolidation and buying, and Serenity Seafood with Kaie Seafood bring Japanese seafood to the US and Taiwan. For US-side express and transfer we work with our partner WTO Express (U.S.A.) Corp., a Wagon Group company. This site explains who we are, what we do and why you can trust us.

Founded SKYCARGO INC in the United States in 2023, building on US–Taiwan consolidation work the group has run since 2014, and grew it from US-to-Taiwan consolidation and FedEx contract-rate express into B2B import/export and food compliance. A registered FDA and USDA agent, he can act as Importer of Record and consignee for Taiwanese exporters, dealing directly with FDA, USDA and CBP inspections. He writes the blog himself, about work he has actually done.
